Thought for Day 13 of 2015: Treat Yourself  

With the New Year here, many of you have made resolutions to make lifestyle changes to help you to improve the way you look and feel.  Sometimes, our resolutions fall short because of the demands of our lives. However, if there is one resolution you may want to make and keep. Treating yourself once in a while does wonders for your mood. Get yourself a facial or pedicure.  Or schedule a massage.  Treating yourself does not have to be costly either.  Take a bubble bath or buy yourself your favorite bottle of wine or your favorite coffee or tea.  Or send flowers to yourself.  Treating yourself can cost very little or sometimes nothing at all so why not in invest in you in 2015?
