We are so often told how important our health is and while we agree, we don’t really do much to prioritize our health. We know what things we need to do – eat health, be active, and minimize stress – but we don’t make these things a priority until we have a health crisis. Our health affects the quality of lives and we are far more productive if we are sleeping, eating healthy, moving and finding ways to de-stress.
For 2015, acknowledge that if you pay attention to how you feel today, you can determine what you need to do to feel better tomorrow. If you choose not to pay attention, you can find yourself in control of your health so don’t give up your control. If you have given it up, now is the time to take it back.
